Hi, I'm Amanda Hopkinson – a wedding day coordinator and guest chaperone, dedicated to making sure every moment of your celebration runs beautifully, and that every guest feels truly looked after.

With over 20 years of experience in the events industry, I've helped bring hundreds of weddings and events to life; from the early planning stages right through to the big day itself.

These days, I focus on just two services that bring me the most joy; on-the-day wedding coordination, and providing dedicated chaperone support for elderly and mobility-impaired guests. Because we all do our best work when we love what we do.

As your wedding day coordinator, I'll work closely with you to make sure every detail is in place. On the day, I'll be there to oversee the logistics, liaise with suppliers, and keep everything running seamlessly behind the scenes - so you can relax, soak it all in, and see everything you've worked so hard for, come beautifully to life and have the best day!

As a guest chaperone, I provide calm, compassionate, hands-on support for elderly or mobility-impaired guests, so they can fully enjoy your celebration without worry - and so you can too.

My passion for looking after people goes beyond work. I volunteer with Embracing Age, a charity dedicated to befriending the elderly, and I also volunteer at the weekly ‘Elevenses – The Community Cuppa’ at the Lido in Arundel. Becoming a guest chaperone felt like the most natural next step.
